2026 Theme: The Plurality Principle
Location: Soteria Church
This year’s theme, drawn from Dr. Dave Harvey’s book The Plurality Principle, will focus on the biblical pattern of shared pastoral leadership. Scripture calls churches to be led by a team of qualified elders—both paid and unpaid—who shepherd together under Christ’s authority.
At TGX 2026, we’ll explore:
- Why plurality is the biblical pattern for leadership.
- How plurality protects churches from failure and fosters health.
- The benefits of raising up both lay and vocational pastors.
- Practical steps for building and sustaining plural leadership in your church.

The workshops equipped and encouraged me to evaluate our current practices and programs, giving me extremely practical insight into how other local churches are implementing changes based on their location, ministry, and the Lord's leading.Matt Froah, Pastor
