Leadership Development
At TGX, we don’t just want more churches—we want more leaders. Multiplication requires men and women trained for the frontlines—biblically grounded, pastorally wise, and ready for the challenges of ministry. That’s why leadership development in TGX feels less like a classroom and more like a war room—a place where leaders are sharpened, equipped, and sent.
Internships & Residencies
Collaborative training from multiple churches.
No one trains alone. TGX churches work together to develop future leaders through immersive internships and residencies. These hands-on ministry assignments place leaders in the field—learning, serving, and being mentored by pastors across the network.
Think of it as boot camp for ministry—testing, equipping, and preparing leaders for long-term service in the local church.
Cohorts
Topic-based equipping communities.
Every battle requires specialized training. TGX cohorts gather leaders around key ministry topics—preaching, pastoring, ministering to women, evangelism, small groups, children’s ministry, assimilation, and more.
These groups function like strategy sessions—trusted circles where leaders share insight, sharpen one another, and work through challenges together
Roundtables
Role-based gatherings for pastors and leaders.
Some conversations need a command center—a war room for those carrying the same responsibilities. TGX Roundtables gather leaders by role: lead pastors, youth pastors, worship leaders, and others.
These retreats are highly focused, relational environments where peers pray, plan, and strategize for gospel advance—leaving with renewed vision and shared strategies for the frontlines.
